1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to ALTURA. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of our virtual office services including but not limited to mail handling, forwarding, scanning, business address use, and conference room access (collectively, the "Services").

By registering, using, or accessing our Services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. SERVICE SCOPE

2.1 Virtual Office Services

We provide the following services based on your selected plan:

  • Use of our physical address as your business mailing address

  • Mail receipt and storage

  • Mail forwarding and/or scanning

  • Conference room access (as available per plan)

  • Package handling (limitations apply)

2.2 Plan Tiers

Each plan offers different service levels. Refer to our [Pricing Page] for current offerings. Upgrades or downgrades must be requested in writing.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and complete USPS Form 1583 as required by law.

  • You must not use our address or services for any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activity.

  • You are responsible for promptly updating your contact information and payment method.

  • You must collect or arrange forwarding for your mail regularly. Unclaimed mail after 60 days may be returned to sender or discarded.

4. FEES & BILLING

  • All services are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your provided payment method.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • If payment fails or is declined, your account may be suspended without notice.

5. MAIL & PACKAGE POLICY

  • We reserve the right to reject or return oversized, perishable, or unauthorized items.

  • We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss of mail once it leaves our possession via a third-party carrier.

  • Packages must be picked up within 7 days of notice. Storage fees may apply thereafter.

6. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

  • You may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days' written notice.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of this Agreement or nonpayment.

  • Upon termination, we will no longer accept or forward mail. A forwarding grace period may be granted for a fee.

7. CONFERENCE ROOM USE

  • Rooms must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Usage must comply with building rules and not disturb other tenants.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss or theft of mail or packages

  • Errors made by third-party carriers

9. PRIVACY

Your information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of TEXAS, without regard to conflict of laws.
